At Dextro Energy, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our fast-acting glucose products, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and sealed items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, our dedicated support team is ready to facilitate a swift replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
